Kina is underwater DOP on feature films, documentary specials and series. His underwater filming kit is one of the best in this part of the world - find a gear list below.
His intuitive filming style comes from 20 years' professional diving and over 15 years behind the camera. A lifetime of working with wildlife has given Kina an intimate knowledge of the species he films, allowing him to capture charismatic portraits of marine animals at home in their world.
He is represented by NHNZ Moving Images, who sell his footage for broadcast in documentary series and advertisements worldwide.
